Absolutely not.
Ask your friends and neighbors this question and you'll hear some pretty sad stories about their experiences with real estate agents. And some of these sad stories have earned realtors a bad reputation.
So what makes me so confident that I am different?
Firstly, I will handle your phone calls personally. That means you will not have to wait hours ... or sometimes days ... to hear back from me to answer all your questions.
Secondly, I aim to treat every person the way I desire to be treated: honestly, kindly, and professionally. Guiding you through every step of the home buying or selling process, in the easiest to understand way possible, is my goal along with watching out for problems that could occur during the new purchase or sale.
What about when the sale is completed?
Have you ever tried to contact your past real estate agent after a sale is completed, only to be given the run around or have your calls avoided, or to be told "I can't help you with your problem"?
My guarantee is that if there is a problem, even AFTER your sale closes, I will be with you to guide you through your process of getting answers.
And lastly, I maintain a large internet exposure.
